In short: A fire door's price is on request because it is made to measure and its fire-resistance class is set by your fire-safety design. The figure is driven by the class (EI 45, 60, 90 or 120), the size and leaf count, the quantity, the hardware (closers, anti-panic bars, vision panels) and the finish. Send the door schedule — class, size, quantity and city — and we quote the whole project.
There is no single price for a fire door, and anyone who quotes one off the shelf is quoting a different door than the one your building needs. A fire door is certified to a class, made to the exact size of the opening, and fitted with the hardware its use calls for. Change any of those and the price changes with it.
We do not publish a price list because every door is made to measure. A size, a class, a finish and a quantity each move the figure, so a real number for your project comes from a quote, not a table — and it is always honest about what it includes.
What we can do is be completely transparent about what moves the number, so the quote you get back makes sense. The class itself comes from the building's fire-safety design prepared under the technical regulation approved by Government of Georgia Decree No. 41; we price the door to that class.

Size & leaf count
Made to measure. A large or double-leaf opening uses more material and hardware than a standard single leaf.
Quantity
A whole building's door schedule is priced differently from a single replacement door — tell us the totals.
Hardware
Closers, anti-panic push bars, vision panels and locks are specified per door and add to the build.
Finish
A standard RAL colour, a custom colour or a wood-grain finish each carry their own cost.
Delivery & installation
Supply only, or delivery organised by floor and installation by our crews across the cities we serve.

Why won't you just tell me the price?
Because a fire door is made to measure and certified to a class your design sets. A number with no class, size or quantity behind it would be misleading. Send those and we quote honestly.
Is a higher EI class more expensive?
Generally a higher class is a different certified build, so it sits at a different price. But you do not pick the class to save money — it comes from the building's fire-safety design. We price the door to the class your design requires.
Do you give a discount for a whole building?
Project quantities are priced as a project. Send the door schedule and we quote the whole package — fire, entrance and technical doors together — rather than door by door.
Does the price include the certificate?
Every class we supply is backed by its certificate, handed over with delivery — not an extra. Ask for the certificate pack before you order.
Does the price include installation?
We quote supply only or supply-and-install. Our crews deliver by floor and install across Tbilisi, Batumi, Kobuleti, Rustavi; tell us which you need.
